The Sergeant-Major – A traditional English-Style India Pale Ale, the Sergeant has a formidable English hop presence supported by a substantial platform of bisquity-toasted malt flavors. Balanced to present a significant sharpness, the Sergeant-Major will warm the hearts of the entire regiment!
The Black Pearl IPA – As rare and exotic as its namesake, the Black Pearl is an American West Coast Style balack IPA that presents a complex palate of rich, deeply roasted malt flavors contrasted by an assertive, bountiful, and multi-layered infusion of hop flavor and aroma. Not one for the faint-hearted!
E.H.B. (Extremely Hoppy Beer!) – It's light, it's bright, it's lively, and, oh by the way, it's extremely hoppy!!! A light, well balanced American Pale Ale made with seven different varieties of Pacific Northwest hops, E.H.B. is screaming with hop flavor without going overboard on bitterness. Better yet, E.H.B. is a moderate and very session-friendly brew.
