From the South, East, and West (via Thruway):
· Take Interstate 90 (Thruway) to Exit 53, which is I-190 North.
· Exit at Elm Street (Exit 6)
· At end of ramp, turn left onto Swan Street
· Take Swan to Pearl Street.
· Left on Pearl Street.
· Pearl Street Grill & Brewery is on the corner of Pearl and Seneca. Parking available in lots around the restaurant

From the East:
· From Interstate 90 (Thruway) take Route 33 to Downtown Buffalo.
· Continue on Oak Street all the way to Swan Street.
· Turn right on Swan
· Take Swan to Pearl Street
· Left on Pearl Street

From the South (Lakeshore):
· Take Route 5 over the Skyway.
· At light at bottom of the Skyway, turn right onto Church Street.
· Take Church Street to Pearl Street.
· Right on Pearl Street.
