From small office gatherings to birthday parties we have the right option for you!
Perfect for parties around that 15-40 person range, our “happy hour” style options reserve you and your guests a casual meeting place at one of our bars so you can have a little “home base” to set up finger foods, gifts and such.
Foods can be purchased the day of your party through one of our recommended packages (below). For a more formal cocktail party, other options are available through Catering.
Drinks can be purchased as a cash bar, by running a tab, or as one of the packages below.
Happy hour spaces are in high demand. All spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended that you try to book your party at least 3 weeks in advance. For space availability please contact Josh Ketry at jketry@pearlstreetgrill.com

►What if my party has big eaters or drinkers? What if the number of people grows unexpectedly?

Don’t worry. During your party you can reorder any of these packages at any time. Or, add any regular menu item including Large Cheese Pizzas for $13.25, Cheese and Pepperoni Pizzas for $15.40, a barrel of fifty wings for just $29.99, or a beer tube for around $22. Food items are made to order in less than 20 minutes.

►Can we do set drink prices per person per hour – for example with wrist bands?

In general we do not offer happy hour pricing to specific groups (like a flat rate per person for a 3 hour drink package) - because we deal with such high volume that it would be nearly impossible to track multiple groups at the same time and differentiate them from the general public on each bar. The bars are open for cash-bar service, so running a tab, having a cash bar, or choosing one of our packages are the best options. Depending on your budget, we do offer set rate bar packages in our privately Catered Rooms.

►Can we have a party on the day of a home Sabre’s game or other downtown event?

Usually we try to avoid this, but depending on the size of your party, the time of your arrival, and the time of the event, we can usually work something out. Please inquire about dates at jketry@pearlstreetgrill.com.
