All Parties will be charged an additional 8.75% NYS Sales Tax and 18.5% Gratuity.

Deposits
The amount of deposit is $250 for a daytime event and $500 for an evening event. The deposit is due at time of signing agreement to confirm the requested date. This will be deducted from the Total Due at the completion of your event. A $300 refundable damage deposit will be charged at the discretion of the Pearl Street Grill & Brewery.

Deposits are Non-Refundable

Bridal Deposits are as follows:  500 people for Pan American Room, 1000 people for Canal View Room
The final number of people attending your event must be confirmed at least seven (7) business days prior to the date of your event. This number can never decrease after confirmation but it may increase up to two (2) days before your event.

Cancellation
Cancellation of your function with 90 days notice or more will not result in any further charges, although your deposit will be retained. Bridal Cancellations less than 6 months from the guaranteed date results in additional 25% service charge based on expected revenue loss.  With less than Seven days notice, your deposit is retained and an 25% service charge is billed based on expected revenue loss.

Room Charges
A Room Charge will apply for the following:
There will be a $250 charge if there is no Food or Bar Package ordered for The Buffalo Lighthouse Room, $400 room Charge for the Cellar Bar and $500 for the Pan American Room and $1000 for the Canal View Room. There will be a 250 person minimum or an additional $2000 charge to close the Entire Second Floor.  All other food and beverage package pricing include a room fee

Time Frame
If the Duration of your event surpasses the contarcted time frame, additional charges may apply. We reserve the right not to extend alcohol service beyond your scheduled time frame.

Set-Up
If extensive room set-up is required, an additional charge will apply.

Microphones are available for no additional charge.
